Dr Kotulski grew up In Fairfield in the South Western Suburbs of Sydney.  An Australian graduate from the University of NSW. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian college of general practitioners and has a wide breadth of interest and experience in community medicine. He has worked in city and country areas, including time with the Royal Flying doctor’s service at Broken Hill and spent 12 months training in children’s health at the Sydney Children’s hospital at Randwick
