Due to the increasing costs of running the practice, a gap fee has been introduced for general consultations.

The following patients will continue to be bulk-billed to Medicare for general     consultations with NO gap fee:

· Patients with a Pensioner/Health or Concession Card.

· Patients under 16 

· Patients aged 65 or over 

· Appointments for Flu vaccines and  certain immunisations only

Did Not Attend appointments: 

Please note that if you do not attend your appointment and no notice is given to reception at least 1 hour prior to the appointment time you will have a non-attendance marked in your file. Once two non-attendance appointments occur, a $40 non-attendance fee will apply. In order to be able to consult with your practitioner in future, this fee would need to be paid prior to the appointment.
